Lily Guerra
PIANO INSTRUCTOR
Lily Guerra has been surrounded by music all of her life. From infancy to the age of 7, she took Kindermusik classes learning about rhythm, instruments, classical and world music in a playful environment.
After completing the Kindermusik program, Lily began violin lessons, and then added piano lessons a few years later.
Lily was a student of Mr. Edelir Garza at Musical Living Academy for 8 years. Currently, Lily is pursuing a degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, focusing on Music, Mathematics, and Computer Science. From Fall 2023 to Spring 2024, Lily enjoyed performing in the first violin section of the UTRGV Symphony Orchestra.
Since January 2021, Lily has been a private piano instructor at Musical Living Academy. She prioritizes adapting to each student's learning style, and recognizes the responsibility that comes with mentoring young minds. Lily loves sharing the joys of music with her students, and cherishes the personal connection that private lessons encourage.
